職位:Sales Executive 銷售主任
崗位職責/職位描述
1. Implements all sales action plans related to the respective (by market or geographical locations) as outlined in Marketing Plan;
根據市場計劃,執行各自的銷售行動計劃(按市場或按地域劃分);
2. Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production in the respective market / regions;
密切監控各自市場/區域的客戶所帶來的收入和生意情況;
3. Maintains excellent working relationships with key accounts;

4. Maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible;
盡一切可能,使得銷售機會優化;
5. Assists in forecasting of rooms revenue and ADR for groups and wholesale FITs;
協助對團隊客人及批發商的客房收入和平均房價進行預測;
6. Represents Hotel to participate in trade shows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel, the industry and customer organization as necessary;
在必要時,代表酒店參加路演、會展和其他酒店、行業內的宣傳活動;
7. Plan sales trip to respective market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Report to Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage;

8. Review direct competition and conducts regular research;
經常對直接競爭對手進行調研研究;
9. Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his/her market areas;

10. Maintains close communication with Events Sales Team in negotiation process of their accounts
與會議銷售部門就客戶的溝通進程保持密切溝通;
11. Actively source new account and develop existing accounts that will meet the yield objective of the hotel from these market segments;
主動開拓新客戶并維護好現有客戶,以達到酒店為各自市場制定的目標;
12. Attends pre event and post event meeting as required, chaired by Events Sales team;
參加由會議銷售部主持的活動前、活動后會議;
13. Handles all aspects of Familiarization Groups including enquiry, coordination and execution thereof;
全程負責體驗客戶的接洽,包括咨詢、協調及落實;
14. Responsible for post Familiarization Group follow up such as sending thank you letter and for developing a potential client database for future business opportunities;
負責體驗客戶的后續跟進,例如寄送感謝卡,為日后的生意機會建立潛在客戶資源庫;
15. Maintain high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications;
通過面對面銷售拜訪或電話、傳真、書面溝通等方式,使酒店在主要市場區域保持較高的曝光率;
16. Keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Events Sale Team
通過與會議銷售團隊保持密切溝通,保持客戶關系和業務目標更新;
17. Forecast, analyses and report Sales and Profit results;
預測、分析匯報銷售利潤報告;
18. Participate in preparation and planning of departmental objectives and strategies;
參與部門目標和戰略的制定與規劃;
19. Participation in developing/reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various marketing segments, based on market feedback and conditions;
根據市場的反饋情況,參與對價格體系的制定、回顧以及針對不同市場的相關條件;
20. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required;
根據需要,準備周、月度、季度、年度報告;
21. Liaise closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and regular communication of sales activities.
與酒店其他部門密切協調,確保定期對銷售活動的高效溝通;
22. Establish good working relationship within the department and with others department
在部門內部和同酒店其他各部門建立良好的工作關系。
任職資格:
1. Ability and understanding of the market competition;
能夠準確理解市場并具備應對市場競爭的能力;
2. Good interpersonal & communication skills;
具備優秀的人際交往和溝通技巧;
3. Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry & Catering Sales;
熟悉企業、旅游社、會展和餐飲銷售知識;
4. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English;
出色的普通話、英語口語及書面溝通能力;
5. Good computer skills
熟練掌握電腦操作技巧;
6. College Diploma or above;
大專以上學歷;
7. Minimum one-year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
至少銷售市場專業領域一年以上工作經驗。
