職位:Income Audit Supervisor 收入審計(jì)主管
崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1. Supervise all income auditors in the team
督導(dǎo)所有收入審計(jì)員的工作
2. Finalizes food cover report and photocopies various documentation for food and beverage control and the Finance Department
制作餐飲收入報(bào)表終稿;復(fù)印不同文件,供餐飲控制與財(cái)務(wù)部門之需
3. Keys revenue journal and distributes to Outlet Mangers and management
輸入收益分類帳,派發(fā)給餐飲經(jīng)理和管理層
4. Controls dockets used in all outlets, maintaining correct sequence used at all times, accounting for dockets and making sure canceled dockets are recorded accordingly
管理所有餐廳的待辦事務(wù)清單,在任何時(shí)候保持正確的順序;待辦事務(wù)計(jì)數(shù),確保已取消事項(xiàng)的相應(yīng)記錄
5. Controls all food and beverage sales by:
通過以下手段控制餐飲銷售:
? Correct recording of guest checks on a timely basis
正確及時(shí)地記錄客戶賬單
? Performs spot checks on outlet checks used
抽樣檢查已使用的餐廳賬單
? Having all voided checks, corrections and unsettled checks approved by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager

? Monitors the buffet controls, especially over cash settled checks to prevent reuse ensuring all revenue is recorded

? Ensure banquet controls are being adhered to

? Reconciles total outlet sales to total charges

6. Ensures all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges. All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy. The rebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs must be summarized and sent to the Operation Manager and General Manager for review daily
確保折扣和其它的收費(fèi)有詳細(xì)的收費(fèi)明細(xì)支撐。所有的折扣信貸必須遵守財(cái)務(wù)政策。總結(jié)折扣信貸、其它收費(fèi)以及支出,發(fā)送給運(yùn)作經(jīng)理和總經(jīng)理,供每日審核之需
7. Ensures that programs involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequately controlled and safeguards are in place

8. Audits daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against the bank in slip

9. Audits and reconciles advance payments and ensures payments have been applied

10. Works with General Cashier to check all float totals regularly and keeps control on registers in outlets

11. Reconciles revenues on a daily basis via back up page

12. Performs various special projects as requested and assigned by management
