職位：Electricity Engineer – High Voltage 強電工
崗位職責/職位描述
1. To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and policies and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety;
按照飯店指導原則，規定和標準程序開展工作，特別要注意與消防生命安全程序的有關項目；
2. To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturer's recommendations;
開展預防維護工作以及按照工程師的指令和生產商建議維修設備；
3. To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure;
在緊急情況下按照緊急程序開展工作；
4. To familiar with all the electrical power distribution and lighting systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement;
了解掌握飯店配電和燈光系統以及設備的運行要求和特性，嚴格按照設備要求和特性操作設備；
5. To attend on the job training;
進行在崗培訓；
6. To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort;
對客人要求和投訴及時做出反應避免造成客人不便或不安；
7. To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement;
在節能方面進行執行和提出合理改良建議；
8. To assist the other trades where is requested;
必要時幫助工程部其它工種組工作；
9. To inspect all electrical systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations;

10. To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy;

11. To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary;

12. To coordinate with property and electrical bureau for power switching and annual inspection and instruments calibration instruments calibration;

任職資格:
1. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;

5. 2 years as Electrical in a similar size hotel.
應具備在相當規模飯店兩年以上同崗位的經驗。
