Function as primary support to the Cluster Director of Human Resources including activities in planning, organizing and executing activities leading to the training and development of qualified associates.
支持集群人力資源總監(jiān)計(jì)劃、安排和實(shí)施各種活動(dòng)，以培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展優(yōu)秀員工。
Oversee the day-to-day operations and functions of the L&D Department.
組織學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展部日常運(yùn)作。
Work with Cluster DL&D on the hotel training programs and learning systems to support workforce planning and career development.
與集群學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展總監(jiān)一同開展培訓(xùn)課程和培訓(xùn)體系，以支持人力計(jì)劃和員工事業(yè)發(fā)展。
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

JOB SPECIFICATION
職位要求
3-5 years training experience, preferably in hotel industry.
3-5年培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷，酒店經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
Good communication and presentation skills.
良好的溝通技巧和演講技能。
