職位:救生員 Lifeguard
崗位職責/職位描述
§ As soon as a guest enters the swimming pool, the life guard must stand by at the pool at all times. The main duty is to observe the water surface and all guests inside the water consistently. Lifeguard should NEVER leave their post unattended at any time. In the event the lifeguard is required to take up another task or services a guest or meals / toilet breaks, the lifeguard must seek a qualified replacement seamlessly with the approval of the Supervisor.
§ 客人一進入游泳池,救生員必須時刻在泳池區域。主要職責是持續觀察水面和水中的所有客人。救生員任何時候都不應脫離崗位。如果救生員有其他工作安排或服務客人、用餐/去洗手間,救生員必須在主管同意的情況下尋找有資格的人替代。
§ The lifeguard is equipped with tools to execute all requirements such as a whistle, megaphone, walkie - talkie, telephone, first aid kit, AED device and water test kits.
§ 救生員需按照要求配備工具,如口哨、擴音器、對講機、電話、急救箱、AED 設備和水質測試儀器。
§ The lifeguard is familiar with all emergency buttons, life-saving equipment and technical functionalities and is confident to coordinate all tasks related to all emergency handling procedures.
§ 救生員熟悉所有緊急按鈕、救生設備和救生技術,并有信心協調所有與緊急處理程序相關的所有任務。
§ Is confident to understand Hyatt’s Guest Experience Guide.

§ Understands the Terms & Conditions of the Risk Management signs exhibited at the entrance of the swimming pool, Jacuzzi ,Sauna, Steam Room
§ 了解在泳池、按摩池、桑拿房、濕蒸房入口處展示的風險管理標志的條款和條件。
§ Able to implement swimming regulations. Politely discourage swimmers from diving、running and playing.
§ 能夠執行游泳規定。禮貌地勸阻游泳者潛水、奔跑、嬉戲打鬧。
§ Able to clarify deep and shallow swimming areas of the pool.
§ 能夠識別游泳池的深淺游泳區域。
§ According to the local regulation requirement, if two or more lifeguards are on duty at the same time, they shall have a clear division of work place, clear responsibilities and help each other. Those found to have drowned should be rescued immediately from the water without delay.
§ 按照當地政策規定,兩個或兩個以上救生員同時值班的,應當有明確的分工,明確職責,互相協助。發現溺水者應該立即施救。
§ Clear explanation to comply with the requirements of the safety and health and ensure that the guest and the use of related equipment, including First Aid, AED and pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room cleaning tools and its machinery
§ 明確解釋,在遵守安全和健康的要求下,確保會使用與客人相關的設備,包括急救,AED和泳池、按摩池、桑拿房、濕蒸房清潔工具及器械。
§ Responds to the results of the Coyle and or LRA Audit as well as to daily Medallia feedback and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

§ To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Hyatt’s Standards.

§ To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.

§ To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Fitness center or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.

§ To perform opening and closing procedures.

§ To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized.

§ Must upkeep all Swimming pool, Jacuzzi ,Sauna, Steam Room equipment in line of operational requirements.

§ Able to report maintenance requirements via HotSOS or report to the supervisor immediately.
§ 能夠通過 HotSOS 報修或立即向主管報告。
§ Makes optimum use of the pool, Jacuzzi ,Sauna, Steam Room equipment.
§ 充分利用泳池、按摩池、桑拿房、濕蒸房設備。
§ Performs any job related duties and functions as directed.

Customer Service 對客服務
§ Realize and being supported by the Supervisor that the primary role of the Lifeguard is to ensure safety and security to the guests inside the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna , Steam Room
§ 實現并得到主管的支持,救生員的主要職責是確保游泳池、按摩池、桑拿房、濕蒸房內客人的安全和保障。
§ Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Report guest complaints or problems to team mates or supervisors. If no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
§ 以禮貌和高效的方式處理客人的詢問。向同事或主管報告客人投訴或問題。如果找不到立即的解決方案,需確保后續的跟進。
§ Customer services will be attended by coordinating with other hotel representatives next to the Lifeguard. Lifeguard should NEVER leave their post unattended at any time. In the event the lifeguard is required to take up another task or services a guest or meal / toilet breaks, the lifeguard must seek a qualified replacement seamlessly with the approval of the Supervisor

§ Must be attentive and alerted for any signs from the guest indicating help or assistance.

§ Approach guests with inappropriate behaviors such as drunkenness or nudity or without swim caps (if applicable)
§ 處理客人不恰當的行為(如醉酒或赤裸)或不戴泳帽。
§ Stopping guests with professional cameras, underwater Go Pro, Drone, picnic baskets, pets or fighting with each other.
§ 攜帶專業攝像機、水下攝像機、無人機、野餐籃、寵物的客人和打架的情況需要立即阻止。
§ Stopping minors when not accompanied with a guardian adult.
§ 禁止未成年人在沒有監護人陪同的情況下進入。
