Establishes and
strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies,
inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.

§? 協助每月進行運營設備及營業用品盤點。

Assists in
conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

§? 協助控制運營設備及營業用品的需要、儲存并小心操作設備。

Assist to control
necessity and stock items and operate the equipment carefully

§? 確保各餐廳設備的清潔。

Ensure each outlet
are equipped cleaning equipment.

and related department in the daily operation.

Recommend to outlet
manager in operation and procedure.

§? 檢查下屬的工作表現和儀容儀表。

Check associate’s
work performance and grooming.

§? 在運營繁忙時,出現在運營一線,并參與運營。

Is a hands-on
manager and is present at all times in the department, especially during busy
periods.
