崗位職責/職位描述
1.1 Work Order Control System工作單的控制
1）To complete daily Maintenance Requests to ensure that the works connected therein are satisfactorily completed within the shortest time possible.
完成每日維修申請單，確保維修工作在盡可能短的時間內以滿意的質量完成。
2) Follows-up reason for outstanding work orders.
跟進未能完成的維修單，寫下原因及跟進情況。
3）To record in a Log Book the daily readings of the consumed quantities of diesel fuel in the Boiler room's Diesel Fuel Tank and Daily Diesel Fuel Tank, NLG bottles consumption and water consumption.
記錄地下油罐的可供應的柴油數量及每日柴油、煤氣和水的消耗，記在交班本上。
?1.2 Control of All Mechanical & Electrical Plant管理所有相關設備機房
Monitors major M & E Plants during the shift period
在當班期間對酒店所有機電設備房進行監控
1) Monitors major M & E plants weekly (at least once ) (Example: boiler room, pump room, fire pump room, the hot water switch room, sewage treatment station, natatorium etc.) and records. If any accident, takes direct control of affected systems and initiates remedial action as required immediately. And report to your supervisor directly.
在當班期間定時巡視（至少兩次）相關重點機房（如：鍋爐房，水泵房，消防泵房，水箱，熱水交換器房，污水處理站，游泳池等）并作記錄。如發現異常，必須及時采取適當的措施維修和上報上級主管
2) Ensure fast M&E reaction to emergencies such as fire alarm, etc.

? 3.1 Preventative maintenance on related equipment at the pre-determined rates.根據預先制定的標準對相關設備及服務設施進行預防性保養：
1) To ensure the Cold Water Supply and Sewer Plant & Swimming Pool water system operate strictly in compliance with the rules, regulations and by-laws of local.
保證冷水供應及水處理和污水處理站、 游泳池水系統的運轉嚴格地與規章條例及當地的法律條文的要求相一致。
2) To regularly check and maintain air pressure of membrane pressurized water tanks.
定期檢查并維持薄膜壓力水罐的空氣壓力。
3) To perform scheduled preventive maintenance, servicing, testing and repairs of clarifiers and other ancillary equipment related to the generation and supply of hot water.
執行計劃制定的預防性保養，檢修，及對熱交換器及與熱水供應等相 關的附屬設備的測試及維修。

?3.2 Record the daily operation log book; analysis of the accuracy of readings and measuring instruments; contact your operation data and the actual situation to ensure that the efficiency operation of the facility; discussion with the supplier or the maintenance team and coordination of the difficulties of operation to take the right measures.
