崗位職責/職位描述
?Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services toguests, members and visitors
向客人、會員和來訪者提供及時、高效和禮貌的服務。
Maintain Health Club facilities according to setstandards of order and cleanliness
按照既定次序和清潔標準來維護健身俱樂部設施。
Report repairs and maintenance problems tosupervisor
向主管匯報維修和保養問題。
Familiarize yourself with facilities, activities,equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guestwith accurate information
熟悉酒店的設施、活動、設備、服務和其它相關情況，以便向客人提供準確信息。
Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities inorder to promote and sell them to guests
熟知酒店所有設施，以便向客人進行推銷。
Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and otherguests needs have ample supply
確保充分供應客人的用品、毛巾、布草等。
Follow hotel procedures in relation to pool towelissue and retrieval
遵守酒店關于泳池毛巾的發放和回收的工作程序。
Liaise with inter-facing departments such asLaundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide great service
與關聯部門，如洗衣房、客房部和工程部進行溝通，以向客人提供上乘服務。
?Conduct activities and services for guest, membersand registered children while giving proper instruction and safety reminders

Abide by rules and regulations and policies andprocedures of hotel
遵守酒店的各項規章制度、政策和工作程序。
?Conduct regular inspections of pool grounds toensure cleanliness standards are maintained
對游泳池進行定期視察，以確保其達到清潔標準。
?Apply correct charges to guests and visitors whereapplicable for use of pool, spa and gym, and post to room bill in accordancewith procedure?
就游泳池、Spa和體育館的使用向客人和來訪者正確收費，并按照工作程序將費用計入房間帳單。
