?Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services toguests, members and visitors

Maintain Health Club facilities according to setstandards of order and cleanliness

Report repairs and maintenance problems tosupervisor
向主管匯報維修和保養(yǎng)問題。
Familiarize yourself with facilities, activities,equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guestwith accurate information
熟悉酒店的設(shè)施、活動、設(shè)備、服務(wù)和其它相關(guān)情況，以便向客人提供準(zhǔn)確信息。
Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities inorder to promote and sell them to guests

Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and otherguests needs have ample supply

Follow hotel procedures in relation to pool towelissue and retrieval

Liaise with inter-facing departments such asLaundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide great service

?Conduct activities and services for guest, membersand registered children while giving proper instruction and safety reminders
