Maintains complete and supported records of all Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the Department.

Establishes an efficient trace File to ensure that all Room Maintenance Requests is properly tracked.

Assists the Housekeeping Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.?

Raises job order to Engineering department for repair and maintenance work.?

Communicate room status to Front Office.?
