Implementation of Standards

 

§   按凱悅會議宴會標準回答所有電話詢問、處理電郵詢問、制作建議書和合同、主持酒店參觀活動、策劃會議宴會、創建會議宴會確認單、執行并跟蹤會議宴會。 

To follow all Hyatt Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.

 

§   完全并正確地使用?Envision。 

To fully and correctly use Envision.

  

§   根據凱悅的政策和程序維護酒店全部銷售協議、合同和報價的完整記錄。 

To maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Hyatt’s Policies and Procedures. 

 

 

賓客服務

Customer Service

 

§   與會議宴會銷售團隊一起負責將所有電話詢價轉變成直接收入。 

Together with Event Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for converting all incoming leads. 

 

§   回答所有來電詢問,并在收到電子郵件的兩小時內確認該電郵詢問。 

To answer incoming telephone enquiries and acknowledge emailed enquiries within two hours of receipt.

 

§   如果需要,處理緊急的電話詢價,轉換為會議宴會當天的直接收入。 

Where required, to handle last minute leads from enquiry to conversion to the day of the event. 

 

§   實施電話銷售活動,以發現新的商業機會。 

To undertake telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities where required. 

 

§   遵守與將會議宴會電話詢價轉換為直接收入的相關凱悅標準。 

To follow the Hyatt Standards in relation to the conversion of Event leads. 

 

§   始終履行品牌承諾,并提供優越的客戶服務。 

To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times.    

 

§   為其它部門的內部客戶提供禮貌專業的服務。 

To provide courteous and professional service to our internal customers in other departments.

To attend (and prepare for) a daily briefing, Event Confirmation meetings and any other meetings as required.

Other Duties

 

§   根據要求出席會議,并作出貢獻。 

Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.  

 

§   了解與員工和企業有關的法律規定。 

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in Associate and industrial relations.  

 

§   熟悉并嚴格遵守員工手冊中的規章制度,以及和酒店政策相關的消防、衛生、健康和安全的制度。 

Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety. 

 

§   保持高標準的個人形象和儀容儀表。 

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming. 

 

§   與競爭對手的酒店代表、生意伙伴和其他組織,包括本地的學校、旅游學校和大學保持良好的關系。 

Maintains strong, professional relationship with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations.  

 

§   根據酒店、行業和公司的指引,回應職能變化需求、進行調整。 

Responds to changes in the Event Sales function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel. 

 

§   完成交給的其它工作。 

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
