Thesales manager should master the layout of the catering department, operationhours, menu and wine list, be familiar with the cash register system and hotelcheck-in situation, assist in restaurant reservation, carry out sales visitsaround and record. Check the restaurant environment, handle guest needs andcomplaints, answer phone calls, manage reservations, and complete paperwork andtraining certification. In terms of public relations, maintain the promotiondatabase and assist in the promotion activities of the catering department. Inadvertising and marketing, coordinate the PR department with advertisers,collect creative submissions to the headquarters, and assist with relatedmatters and marketing Director activities. Also control marketing printinventory, assist in the production of displays and logos, maintain electronicdatabases, and execute electronic promotional campaigns. Maintain communicationsystem in accordance with brand standards, perform duties efficiently, maintainprofessional ethics and trade secrets, and complete other work at the samelevel arranged by superiors to help the hotel succeed.銷售經(jīng)理需掌握飲食部門布局、運(yùn)營時(shí)間、菜單酒單等信息，熟悉收銀系統(tǒng)和酒店入住情況，協(xié)助餐廳預(yù)定，開展周邊銷售拜訪并記錄。檢查餐廳環(huán)境，處理客人需求與投訴，接聽電話、做好預(yù)定管理，完成文書工作和培訓(xùn)認(rèn)證。公關(guān)方面，維護(hù)促銷數(shù)據(jù)庫，協(xié)助開展飲食部促銷活動。廣告營銷上，協(xié)調(diào)公關(guān)部與廣告商，收集創(chuàng)意呈遞總部，協(xié)助相關(guān)事宜和市場銷售總監(jiān)活動。還要控制營銷印刷品庫存，協(xié)助制作陳列品和標(biāo)識，維護(hù)電子數(shù)據(jù)庫，執(zhí)行電子促銷活動。要遵循品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)維護(hù)溝通系統(tǒng)，高效履職，保持專業(yè)操守和商業(yè)機(jī)密，完成上級安排的同級別其他工作，助力酒店成功。
