Departmental supervision aims to achieve departmental goals in areas such as guest satisfaction, financial objectives, training and morale enhancement. In terms of management and communication, I assisted in the management of department services, cash register, equipment maintenance, supervised facility services and inventory, coordinated the relationship between departments, and assisted in holding regular meetings to convey information. In terms of training and development, ensure that talents work according to "HID", arrange and implement long-term training for talents at different levels, help talents grow with personnel training system, and provide one-on-one guidance. Assist in the implementation of standard procedures and compliance with hotel and brand guidelines and safety policies. At the knowledge and skill level, participate in menu entry, resolve differences between talents, supervise work performance, master food and beverage knowledge, provide quality service, handle complaints, maintain hotel cleanliness, and assist in food hygiene work. In terms of business contribution, I participated in budget planning, supervised POS system, and assisted in formulating service and sales strategies, promoted hotel products.
