Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. Verify availability of room type and rate. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. Accommodate and document special requests. Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input and access data in reservation system, Indicate special room reservation types (e.g., complimentary rooms, talent discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale reservations) by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system, Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
處理通過電話、傳真或郵件收到的所有預(yù)訂請求、更改和取消。識(shí)別客人的預(yù)訂需求并確定合適的房間類型。確認(rèn)房間類型和價(jià)格的可用性。向來電客人解釋擔(dān)保、優(yōu)惠價(jià)格和取消政策。處理并記錄客人特殊要求。回答有關(guān)酒店設(shè)施/服務(wù)及房間住宿的問題。善用銷售技巧，使收入最大化。在預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)中輸入預(yù)訂信息相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。通過在預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)中輸入正確的代碼和價(jià)格，正確錄入特殊的房間預(yù)訂信息(例如，免費(fèi)房間、英才折扣、旅行社考察房價(jià)和批發(fā)商預(yù)訂價(jià)等)。根據(jù)客人的需求遵循適當(dāng)?shù)纳?jí)程序開級(jí)銷售客房。
A professional degree or diploma in business or hotel management is preferred.

Knowledge and experience in internet and other major computer programs.
掌握使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及其它主要電腦系統(tǒng)的知識(shí)。
