崗位職責/職位描述
1、根據部門總體市場策略編制自己分管的市場的銷售計劃；
2、對本市場中的客源大戶要熟悉他們的基本情況，隨時關注其變化并適時做出應對；
3、組織本組組員對新市場進行開發；
4、管理開發好自己的客戶；
5、負責組織銷售計劃的審定及落實，并進行督查；
6、掌握每位銷售人員每日銷售接待活動，并審核銷售記錄卡；
7、協助部門經理做好本市場客戶的建立及升級管理工作，保持客戶檔案的完整。
