工作職責：
1. 負責總機日常運營管理工作，確?？倷C服務的高效、準確與及時性。
2. 監(jiān)控總機服務質量，定期收集并分析客戶反饋，提出并實施改進措施，提升客戶滿意度。
3. 制定并優(yōu)化總機工作流程與操作規(guī)范，確保團隊成員遵循統一標準執(zhí)行。
4. 協調總機與其他部門之間的溝通與合作，確保信息傳遞的順暢與高效。
5. 負責總機團隊成員的培訓與指導，提升團隊整體業(yè)務水平與服務態(tài)度。
6. 負責預訂工作，每日檢查當日所有新預定，取消或變更的預定，確保信息準確無誤及時通知相關部門。
7、發(fā)展酒店散客及團隊預定團隊，并且確保每次的電話查詢，保證收益。
8、確保與相關的所有信息輸入準確無誤，并保證有足夠的備份以做檢查。
