培訓板塊職責：
一、組織建立酒店培訓體系
1、擬定和完善酒店員工培訓管理制度，經上級審批后組織實施。
2、組織相關人員開發并完善酒店員工培訓課程體系。
3、協助組建酒店內部培訓講師隊伍。
二、培訓計劃的制定與實施
1、組織相關人員進行員工培訓需求調查分析。
2、擬定酒店員工培訓計劃，經上級審批后組織執行。
3、編制酒店員工培訓經費預算，經上級審批后執行。
4、組織做好培訓課程設計、培訓方案編制及前期準備工作。
5、組織對培訓項目進行實時跟蹤和管理。
6、組織對培訓效果進行總結和評估。
7、組織建立并管理酒店員工培訓檔案。
三、部門內外組織協調工作
1、組織協調酒店各部門關系，使其配合員工培訓工作的順利開展。
2、組織酒店外包培訓和員工外派培訓工作。
3、組織與外部職業培訓機構等業務合作單位建立良好的合作關系。
四、人員管理
1、對下屬人員進行工作指導和培訓.
2、監督檢查下屬人員按時按質完成工作任務。
3、負責下屬人員的績效考核工作。
