職位：前廳部經理
崗位職責/職位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the services and operations of the Service Hub.?
2. Being pro-active, creative, results driven, professionally and efficiently handle guest inquiries or complaints, focusing on delighting our guests and colleagues and creating Unique Sangha Experience.?
3. Provides direction, supervision and leadership to Service Hub team in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Sangha.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 2 years working experience as Front Office Manager in International Brand Hotels.
2. Good written and spoken English ability.
3. Excellent leadship and motivation ability.
4. Excellent organization、coordination and communication ability.
5. Be familiar with Front Line system and process.
6. Has experience and highly interest in SPA/Wellness/Yoga/Health will be preferred.
工作職責：
1. 負責前廳部的所有服務及運營管理。
2. 積極主動，富有創造力，以結果為導向，專業有效地處理客人的詢問或投訴，致力于給予客人和同事愉快及獨特的音昱水中天體驗。
3. 結合音昱水中天設定的目標，績效和質量標準，指導、監督和領導前廳團隊。
工作要求：
1.國際品牌高星級酒店前廳部經理工作經驗2年以上。
2.英語流利。
3.優秀的領導能力和激勵能力。
4.優秀的組織和協調、溝通能力。
5.熟悉酒店前臺系統和流程。
6.不僅對酒店前臺，對SPA、養生、瑜伽、健康等具有較高的興趣，具備相關知識、背景、管理經驗、體驗的候選人優先考慮。
