崗位職責/職位描述
1.???? Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all IHG S.O.P.’s & Property
?L.S.O.P.’s, comply the “Clean As You Go” policy.
確保了解并執行IHG酒店集團的SOP和酒店的LSOP原則。
2.???? To consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all times.
始終保持給予客人的服務及出品都是始終如一的高標準。

演示出引以為豪的工作場所和高質量的保證。
4.???? Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests.

11.? To maintain the back of the house neat, tidy, clean and safe.

12.? Make sure that all product served are accounted for on the final bill before presenting it.
確保所有出品在遞賬單給客人之前上齊。
13.? Responsible for cash float and cashiering.
負責收銀員的工作。
14.? Continuously monitor his/her section for maximum guest’s satisfaction.
最大限度的令客人滿意。
15.? Set up tables according to reservation.
根據預定的情況擺臺。
16.? To deliver the correct order to the table.
確保送到客人桌子上出品是正確無誤的。
17.? To carry out daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
參與每天，每個星期，乃至每個月的盤點。
18.? Clear tables between courses throughout the meal.
當客人餐桌上有食物碎屑的時候清理桌面。
19.? To wish each and every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming.
