MonitorClub Intercontinental Officer and Butler to ensure maximum guest satisfactionthrough personal recognition to all Club Floor guests and prompt cordialattention from arrival through departure.
通過對員工業(yè)績的認(rèn)可,提升員工作熱情,監(jiān)督俱樂部員工工作,在客人到達(dá)至離開酒店 期間,為客人提供個性化服務(wù),盡量讓客人滿意。
MonitorClub Intercontinental Officer and Butler to ensure Club Floor guestsconsistently receive all benefits, special recognition and service.
?監(jiān)督俱樂部員工工作,確保優(yōu)悅會俱樂部成員能獲得最大利益,回頭客及重要客人都能受到特別的關(guān)注。
Inspectsall VIP rooms prior to arrival.在客人到達(dá)前,檢查重要客人房間。
Greet VIPguests personally.單獨(dú)迎接重要客人。
Liaisewith other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellentservice delivery.與其他部門保持合作,與必要外界部門保持聯(lián)系,確保為客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
Overseemaintenance of efficient repeat guest history system.維護(hù)回頭客檔案系統(tǒng)。
Preparerequisitions for amenities on a timely basis.及時申請并準(zhǔn)備客用品。
Performscheck in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are enteredcompletely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
依照預(yù)定執(zhí)行入住,退房和換房程序并且保證所有的數(shù)據(jù)都被完全地錄入到酒店的系統(tǒng)里。
Maintainscashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received.
維護(hù)備用金并且保證精確的每日收款報(bào)表。
Casheshotel guest’s traveller’s checks and assists with currency exchange.
幫助客人兌換旅行支票和外幣兌換。
PromoteInter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities.促進(jìn)酒店內(nèi)房間及設(shè)施的銷售。
Developand implement guest telephone contact systems.為客人接通電話。
Handleguest complaints and refer them as necessary, follows up on corrective action
處理客人投訴,在必要時為客人提供咨詢,跟蹤錯誤行為。
Compile,analyse and control Club Intercontinental costs.編輯、分析并控制俱樂部花費(fèi)。
Reviewarrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities,and special requests.查看所有到達(dá)客人及重要客人清單,查看房間分配,房間內(nèi)設(shè)施,及客人特殊要求。
Preparerequisitions for amenities on a timely basis.及時在房間內(nèi)準(zhǔn)備令客人愉快的物品。

Prepareefficient work schedule for CPC Personnel, arranging holidays and vacation,taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large groupmovements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.
為所有俱樂部職員準(zhǔn)備有效的工作表,安排假期,考慮計(jì)劃方案和預(yù)測大型團(tuán)隊(duì)的活動狀況,特別是那些早到晚到或是早退晚退的情況。
