每月考勤、社會保險(xiǎn)、公積金造冊。
·?Maintain the HR Management.人事系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)。
·?Monitor Talent attendance records, including Talent leave statistic to ensure Talent
leave application form, monthly attendance form and monthly Talent overtime and
compensation summary form are consistent and correct and prepare respective
monthly reports.?跟蹤人才的出勤記錄,包括各類假期的統(tǒng)計(jì),確保人才假期單、月底考勤表、每月人才加班補(bǔ)休匯總表的統(tǒng)一并準(zhǔn)備月度報(bào)告。
·?Assists in Talent recruitment and screening system.?協(xié)助人事招聘及篩選工作。
·?Prepare and submit periodic personnel reports such as the notices for Talent probation
complete, labour contract renew, promotion and monthly Talent leave summary
etc.定期準(zhǔn)備并上交人事報(bào)表、表單、信函,如:人才試用期轉(zhuǎn)正通知、合同續(xù)簽通知、人才晉升祝賀信函、人才晉升確認(rèn)函、每月人才假期統(tǒng)計(jì)表等。
崗位要求
1、大專以上學(xué)歷,有相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)1年以上。
2、熟悉員工的有關(guān)法規(guī)和條例。
3、熟悉員工的規(guī)律、特點(diǎn)和崗位培訓(xùn)工作程序。
4、了解酒店員工的服務(wù)工作規(guī)范和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
5、具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
6、 具有較強(qiáng)的文字綜合能力和口頭表達(dá)能力。
