the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to
develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.

Assist in accurately
forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food
production.

Ensure the awareness &
enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.
熟知并執行所有萬豪標準操作程序和當地酒店標準操作程序。

Enforce operational
Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
執行公司的規章制度，并定期回顧和加以更新。
f.
Be responsible for
maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始終保證部門的安全性，衛生設施的標準。
g.
Enforce Marriott’s 39-point
sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
執行萬豪酒店的39點衛生檢查表標準，每月對所有的部門進行衛生檢查。

Be responsible for asset
management of all outlet property and facilities.
負責所有部門的物品和設施的財產管理。

Conduct a preventative
maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
每月對所有部門進行衛生清潔維護的檢查。

Principles of Hospitality at all times.

2. Human Resources

a.
Assist in the development
and implementation of management training plans for subordinate managers and
supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HRD.
以每季度為基準，與人事總監共同努力，輔助其開展和實施部門經理和管理人員的管理培訓計劃。
b.
Conduct a departmental daily
“15 Minute” training program.
每日進行15分鐘的職業培訓課程。
c.
Assist in the execution of
all associate performance reviews in a professional and timely manner.
從專業的角度，及時的協助完成員工的工作表現評定工作。
d.
Assist in all aspects of
associate management including hiring, discipline in conjunction with the
Restaurant Manager.
與餐廳經理溝通，協助完成員工的管理工作，包括：雇傭，處罰等事項。
e.
Assist in conducting an
effective monthly associate meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded to the
GM, F & B and HRD.
每月協助開一個簡單有效的員工會議，并轉發給總經理，餐飲部和人事部總監。
f.
Be responsible for the
completion of the par-timer wage progress report on a weekly basis.
負責每周做出小時工工資進度報告。
g.
Practice “open door” policy
to all associates.

3. Administrative

a.
Prepare efficient schedules
for management and associates.
準備合理的管理計劃和員工安排計劃。

Be responsible for all
accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.
負責部門的財務和支出費用。
c.
Be responsible for the
accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems by
working with Accounting and HRD.
與財務和人力資源協作，共同負責員工的工作時間和工資系統的管理。
d.
Assist in planning outside associates’
activity to promote teamwork.
協助安排外部工作員工的活動事項，促進團隊合作。
e.
Promote positive
inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
各部門之間彼此坦誠溝通和合作，構建良好的部門關系。
f.
Respond to guest inquiries
or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
以正確的態度在24小時內答復和解決顧客的問題和憂慮。
g.
Perform any reasonable
request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
在不涉及生命威脅，不違反法律的情況下，執行能管理層的合理要求。
4. Marketing

a.
Be aware of all Marriott Guest Incentive
programs and the correct accounting procedures pertaining to them.
知道所有萬豪客戶激勵項目并了解相關的顧客結帳方式。
b.
Assist in the development
& execution of marketing plans for the outlet.
協助開展和完成該部門的市場計劃。
c.
Be aware of competitors in
the market & assist in a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.
了解市場中的競爭對手，并協助上級部門完成每季度的競爭對手分析數據
Profile of Qualifications:
職位要求
1. Minimum of two years of restaurant operations
management experience.
二年以上的餐廳管理經驗
2. Demonstrated good technical knowledge of
