·????????Adhere to guest contact standardsat all times

·????????Provide current knowledge ofthe services and facilities offered by the Hotel, in order to provide reliableinformation to guests

·????????Welcome Ambassador present onarrival and if he was busy, he positively acknowledge the guest with hand orfacial gesture.

·????????Assist guests in and out oftaxis and other vehicles and remove baggage from vehicles handover to lobbyconcierge.

·????????Knowledgeable of the events ofthe day and of daily Hotel activities

·????????Knowledgeable of VIP guests andwhenever possible addresses such guests by name

·????????Has presence and alertsSecurity or Duty Manager whenever a suspicious looking person or troublemakeris present
