崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責:
? In charge of department files record and management.
負責部門文件的收發(fā)、登記和存檔管理。
? In charge personnel file management
負責員工檔案的管理。
? In charge staff check in and check out management. Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists
負責員工入職和離職的辦理及管理。遵循聘用前,雇用期間和離職檢查單。
? In charge of staff attendance and leaves management and report in place.
負責員工考勤和假期管理并定期提供報告。
In charge social insurance & housing fun payment correctly and in time.
負責社會保險和公積金及時和準確的繳納。
? In charge of staff meal , transportation and accommodation coordination and management.

? In charge staff area management ( staff canteen, locker room, smoking room etc)

? Assist with line staff counseling and career management

? Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines

任職資格:
