1. Manage Check in/Check out for VIP guest.認真做好VIP入住/退房服務
2. Warmly greet every guest with smile，preparation for breakfast and cocktails daily and ensure food quality and service is maintained at the best for total guest satisfaction.

3. Keeping Executive Lounge in tip top condition and maintain cleanliness round the clock
