蘇州四季酒店隱匿于金雞湖私密島嶼之上，四周綠蔭環抱、碧波粼粼，宛如一方靜謐綠洲。作為都市度假酒店，它距市中心僅舉步之遙 —— 步入其間卻恍若置身寧靜秘境，都市的喧囂在此化作從容私密的靜謐。酒店設有 199 間客房及套房，另配 11 棟獨立別墅，無論是家庭歡聚、浪漫旅居，亦或是商務出行，皆能提供如詩如畫的休憩之所。
崗位職責:
協助賓客的行李搬運；負責客房所需物品的配送與回收；轉運賓客及酒店各類包裹、快件。
工作內容:
? 主動問候賓客并引領至客房；入住時將行李送至房間，退房時上門收取行李并轉運至行李寄存處或酒店落客區，做好所有行李送收登記記錄。
? 以高規格待客禮儀與專業素養對接賓客需求，盡可能滿足特殊要求；處理賓客投訴，解答酒店服務、營業時間、核心人員、店內活動、路線指引等各類咨詢。
? 主動問候途經大堂的所有賓客，并主動提供協助。
? 與同事及主管保持專業協作，融洽配合開展工作。
? 可承接賓客及酒店外勤事務，必要時外出辦理本地跑腿事宜。
應聘要求:
? 具備中文的閱讀、寫作和口語能力。
? 至少一年酒店或餐飲相關行業的工作經驗，或同等工作經驗。
? 大專以上學歷，酒店/餐廳管理專業或有同等經驗者優先。
