崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

崗位職責(zé):

1. Assist the Guest Relation Manager to ensure effective daily operations ofGuest Relations operation. Maintain lobby presence to keep close monitor ofdaily Guest Relation operations ensuring all guests are attended to promptlyand efficiently by Guest Relation colleagues.

協(xié)助賓客關(guān)系經(jīng)理確保客戶關(guān)系部的日常有效運(yùn)作。保持大堂的存在,密切監(jiān)控賓客關(guān)系的日常運(yùn)作,確保賓客關(guān)系同事及時(shí)有效地為所有客人服務(wù)。

2.Offer warm welcome and greetings to all people entering hotel via hotelmain entrance area.

以熱情友好地態(tài)度在酒店入口/前臺歡迎所有進(jìn)入酒店的賓客。

3.Offer assistance to all people entering the hotel. Answering questionsand directing people to their destinations. Example: escorting people fromLobby to check in area, from lobby to Niccolo Kitchen or Bar62, from Lobby toFitness center, from Lobby to function rooms.

協(xié)助所有進(jìn)入酒店的賓客,回答客人可能產(chǎn)生的問題并提供指引。例如:引導(dǎo)賓客從大堂至前臺,至欣廚酒吧,至健身中心,至多功能廳。

4.Review DailyVIP arrival list, as mentioned above. And Ambassadors are fully responsible for VIP Reception, In RoomC/I and farewell.

熟悉每日抵店貴客的名單,根據(jù)上述描述,全程負(fù)責(zé)貴客的接待,房內(nèi)入住辦理及歡送。

5.Inspect VIProoms and ensure that amenities are delivered on time.

檢查VIP房間,確保舒適設(shè)施按時(shí)送達(dá)房間。

6.Main working area is focus in the lobby. Assistant Guest RelationsManager/Director of Guest Experience to follow up on the cleanliness, fixlights and fixtures in the lobby. Have a proper display of hotel brochures andtariffs and promotional pamphlets.

大堂為主要工作區(qū)域,協(xié)助賓客關(guān)系經(jīng)理/賓客體驗(yàn)總監(jiān)跟進(jìn)衛(wèi)生、燈光及物品修繕的相關(guān)事宜。適時(shí)地展示酒店的產(chǎn)品手冊、價(jià)目冊、宣傳冊。

7.Handle basic guest requests and takes personal responsibility to ensurerequest is met by following up with relevant departments.

處理賓客基本要求并主動(dòng)承擔(dān)責(zé)任讓相關(guān)部門及時(shí)跟進(jìn)以滿足賓客需求。

8.Review arrival information on a daily basis: VIP, Discover members,Regular guests, Groups, Special requests etc.

熟悉每天的抵店信息:重要賓客、探索之旅會員、回頭客、團(tuán)隊(duì)、特殊需求賓客等。

9.Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order toexplain and sell services and facilities to guests

熟知酒店產(chǎn)品知識及服務(wù)技巧以便向賓客介紹并推廣酒店的服務(wù)和設(shè)施。

10.During workinghours, the Guest Relation Officer must be present in the lobby.

Morning Shift: 0730-1600

Afternoon Shift: 1430-2300

1.Minimum 3 years’college education
