崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
崗位職責(zé)：
1.To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive
maintenance and day to day operation of all electrical power distribution &
lighting system which include high tension switch gears, transformers, low
tension switch gears, protective control circuit for overload, earth fault etc,
KWH metering, power factor correction capacitors bank, DC charger panel,
emergency generator, electronic light dimmer system, lightning arrestor system,
etc in a productive and cost effective manner so as to maintain? the system in a most efficient and optimum
condition.
電工要及時(shí)進(jìn)行維修，安裝，預(yù)防維護(hù)以及日常配電和燈光照明系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行情況，包括飯店內(nèi)高壓開(kāi)關(guān)，變壓器，低壓開(kāi)關(guān)，過(guò)壓保護(hù)電路，接地保護(hù)，電量計(jì)量表，輔償電容器，直流充電裝置，柴油發(fā)電機(jī)，強(qiáng)電調(diào)光器，避雷器等運(yùn)行情況，保持設(shè)備在高效和經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。
2.To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and
policies and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety.
按照飯店指導(dǎo)原則,規(guī)定和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序開(kāi)展工作，特別要注意與消防生命安全程序的有關(guān)項(xiàng)目。
3.To execute
preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer
and manufacturer's recommendations.
開(kāi)展預(yù)防維護(hù)工作以及按照工程師的指令和生產(chǎn)商建議維修設(shè)備。
4.To familiar
with all the electrical power distribution and lighting systems, its operating
requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with
requirement.
了解掌握酒店配電和燈光系統(tǒng)以及設(shè)備的運(yùn)行要求和特性，嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)備要求和特性操作設(shè)備。
5.To attend to
guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or
discomfort.
對(duì)客人要求和投訴及時(shí)做出反應(yīng)避免造成客人不便或不安。
6.To practice and
make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement.
在節(jié)能方面進(jìn)行執(zhí)行和提出合理改良建議。
7.To coordinate
with property and electrical bureau for power switching and annual inspection
and instruments calibration.
做好飯店和電業(yè)局的協(xié)調(diào)工作，保證飯店電力轉(zhuǎn)換，年檢和設(shè)備檢定工作。
8.To monitor
preventive maintenance works done by elevator/escalator contractors.
對(duì)電梯/扶梯維修人員工作進(jìn)行管理。
9.To perform
other duties as assigned by department leader.
完成部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作。
任職資格：
1.Technical
vocational institute training in general electrical systems repairs &
maintenance.
正規(guī)電力職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)，專(zhuān)業(yè)掌握電力系統(tǒng)維修和維護(hù)知識(shí)。
2.Electrician
operation certificate
電工操作證
3.Min.3 years working
experience in electrical system preferably with hospitality industry.
至少3年在酒店行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有電工操作證件。持高壓電工證優(yōu)先。
