1.確保遵循品牌承諾并始終提供優(yōu)異的對(duì)客服務(wù)。
Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
2.在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候?yàn)槠渌块T的內(nèi)部客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
3.禮貌而高效地處理所有客人和內(nèi)部客人的投訴和詢問,確保問題得到圓滿解決。
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4.在每次用餐結(jié)束后清理臺(tái)面或餐桌并重新擺臺(tái)。
Ensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
5.在助理經(jīng)理不在時(shí),給員工進(jìn)行日常關(guān)于餐前準(zhǔn)備、服務(wù)及菜單的例會(huì)。
In the absence of Assistant? Manager, conduct daily pre-shift briefings to colleagues on preparation, service and menu.
6.針對(duì)每日營(yíng)運(yùn)和質(zhì)量控制,協(xié)助與廚房及酒水部門密切溝通。
Assist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.
7.確保高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個(gè)人形象和儀容儀表。
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

任職要求 Qualifications
1.至少三年大專。
Minimum 3 years’ college education.
2.至少1年在同等職位上的管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 1 year working experience on the same position in food and beverage.
