1.隨時在酒店主要入口和禮賓臺問候和協(xié)助客人。
Attendant to hotel main entrance and City insider counter to greet and assist guests at all times.
2.管理酒店正門區(qū)域車輛交通，確保酒店主要出入口暢通。
Control the traffic at the hotel front entrance area, ensure hotel is well represented at the hotel main entrance.
3.在入住和退房的高峰期，主動為大堂客人提供行李遞送服務。
Actively assist all guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins and check-outs.
4.確保酒店和客人的所有物品安全送達指定地點，并遵循酒店政策與程序記錄存檔。
Ensure the safe delivery of all hotel and guest items to the stipulated destinations and maintain proper hotel records of the delivery information according to hotel policy and procedures.
5.精通城市、購物中心和酒店信息，熟悉并更新IFS促銷信息，為酒店客人提供幫助和指引。
Well know City Insider Information and hotel information, familiar with and updated IFS promotion information, provide assistance and directions to all hotel patrons.
任職要求 Qualifications
1.酒店禮賓部經(jīng)驗（非必須）。
Hotel Bell Services experience preferred.
2.良好的對客溝通技巧和服務意識，能與上級溝通。具備良好健康的身體素質。
Good guest contact skill and service manner, able to communicate with direct leader. Possess good physical fitness and health.
