1.維護(hù)宴會廳區(qū)域的整齊有序。
Maintain
organization of banquet service areas.
2.與宴會運營經(jīng)理和宴會廳廚師每天核對菜單和接待通知單。
Review
menu/service (BEO) with Events Operations Manager, Banquet Chef and Event Team
on a daily basis.
3.與宴會運營經(jīng)理溝通任何客人的額外要求。
Coordinate any
additional set-up requirements with Events Operations Manager according to
guest’s need.
4.與廚房協(xié)調(diào)所有有關(guān)食品的要求，包括數(shù)量和出品方式。
Coordinate all
food requirements with the kitchen, including accurate counts for preparation
and plating.
5.負(fù)責(zé)客人對酒水的需求，負(fù)責(zé)維持宴會廳酒水成本的預(yù)算。
Be responsible for
maintaining budgeted banquet beverage cost, complete the Function Breakdown and
Daily Inventory.
6.直接管理宴會廳服務(wù)員的工作，并觀察所有員工的工作表現(xiàn)。
Directly supervise
the work of Banquet service and personally observe the performance of all
Banquet service colleagues.
7.負(fù)責(zé)所有宴會廳員工的儀容儀表。
Directly
responsible for the grooming standards and appearance of all Banquet service colleagues.
8.確保宴會會議按照計劃準(zhǔn)時開始及預(yù)計可能的變化如果客人需要的話。
Insure that all
schedule Banquet functions take place on time and according to plan and make
last minute change if in need.

任職要求 Qualifications
1.熱愛服務(wù)行業(yè)，具有良好的服務(wù)意識，溝通技巧及團(tuán)隊合作精神。
Passion in the Service Industry, with good service awareness, communication skills, and team spirit.
2.2年其他五星酒店同職位的工作經(jīng)驗。
Work experience in a similar position in another 5 Star Hotel for 2years.
