·?????????? Have general knowledge of food technique.
據有常規的烹飪技能和知識。
·?????????? Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service.

·?????????? Supervise and take active part in cleaning kitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.
積極主動的監督廚房凍庫衛生以確保廚房營運的衛生和安全。
·?????????? Ensure that the suppliers are picked up in time.
確保供應商及時的到貨。
·?????????? Be familiar with kitchen equipment.
熟悉廚房的設施設備。
