崗位職責/職位描述
· Have general knowledge of food technique.
據有常規的面包制作技能和知識。
· Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service.
確保所有的準備工作已經在開餐之前準備到位。
· Supervise and take active part in cleaning kitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.
積極主動的監督廚房凍庫衛生以確保廚房營運的衛生和安全。
Ensure that the suppliers are picked up in time.
確保供應商及時的到貨。
· Be familiar with kitchen equipment.
熟悉廚房的設施設備。
· Complete other duties as assigned.

· Ensure that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
確保酒店所有的乃至最細小的品牌標準都要被貫徹執行。
