崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
- To be responsible for the proper operation,
repair & maintenance of LV equipment & system.?負(fù)責(zé)低壓電力設(shè)備及系統(tǒng)的操作、維修及保養(yǎng)工作。 - Strictly follow
the “SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS” when work carried out.?進(jìn)行維修時(shí)，嚴(yán)格遵守安全規(guī)章制度。 - To carry out the
preventive maintenance for equipment, and upkeep them in good working condition.?能夠?qū)频暝O(shè)備進(jìn)行預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)維修，使之保持良好的工作狀態(tài)。 - To familiarize the
specification, operation, electrical diagram and repairing procedure of
individual electrical equipment and appliance.?熟悉每一電氣設(shè)備及用具的性能、操作、電氣圖表及維修程序。 - To assist and perform new work, repair and maintenance for the oil paint and decoration work of carpentry, furniture andmason.協(xié)助及執(zhí)行木器、家具、泥水及油漆及裝飾的新建工作，維修及保養(yǎng)工作。
- To assist in solving any problems on carpentry, painting and mason of hotel facilities.協(xié)助解決木器、家具、泥水及油漆及裝飾的新建工作，維修及保養(yǎng)的有關(guān)問(wèn)題。
- To attend emergency calls, e.g. fire alarm, lift breakdowns and pipe bursting. 如有緊急事故，需立刻前往。例如火警，升降機(jī)故障和水管破裂等。
- ?Hold electronic
and mechanical basic skill.?掌握弱電與機(jī)修基礎(chǔ)技能。 - To familiarize the
specification, operation of below equipment and system,?熟悉以下設(shè)備的性能、操作： - Laundry equipment,
such as press, flat ironer, washing machine, tumbler, dry cleaning and
air-compressor etc;?洗衣房設(shè)備--夾機(jī)、平燙機(jī)、水洗機(jī)、烘干機(jī)、干洗機(jī)、空壓機(jī)等； - Kitchen equipment,
such as electrical/gas oven, dish washing machine, bakery machine, soup kettle,
coffee machine etc;?廚房設(shè)備—電、氣、爐灶、洗碗機(jī)、烘機(jī)、湯爐、咖啡機(jī)等； - Water supply and
sewerage;?給排水系統(tǒng)—管網(wǎng)的布局； - Plumbing
equipment: domestic water pump, sewer pump, fire pump, etc;?給排水設(shè)備:生活水泵,污水泵,消防泵等； - Raining water
system network-piping work;?雨水系統(tǒng)； - To carry out above
system and equipment preventive maintenance and repair.?對(duì)上述設(shè)備進(jìn)行預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)維修使之保持良好的工作狀態(tài)。 - To install and
test new equipment.?新設(shè)備的安裝與調(diào)試。 - To keep patrol and
record gas/?water daily?consumption.?巡查并記錄每日燃?xì)庥昧考坝盟俊?/li>
- To prepare shift duty roster for duty technicians of concerned sections. 為所屬需要輪班的技術(shù)人員，預(yù)備 / 制定輪班職務(wù)時(shí)間表。
- To comply with the safety regulations. 遵照當(dāng)?shù)氐陌踩貏t而進(jìn)行。
- To assist colleagues of other sections to perform daily maintenance and repair work. 協(xié)助其它部門(mén)的同事，執(zhí)行每日的保養(yǎng)及維修工作。
