崗位職責/職位描述
Handle all internal and external telephone calls
for guests and hotel departments, providing warm and friendly assistance to all
callers for Niccolo Suzhou. Providing efficient telephone services based on
established hotel standards to ensure that optimum services is provided to
hotel guests.
處理蘇州尼依格羅酒店客人及部門之間的內外線電話,為來電者提供熱情友好的幫助。根據酒店服務標準為酒店客人提供高效的服務。
Responsible for inputting and
handling incoming room reservations of Niccolo Suzhou Hotel, providing clients
with accurate and relevant information about these two hotels’ services,
facilities and rates.
負責輸入和處理蘇州尼依格羅的客房預訂,關于酒店服務、設施和價格為客戶提供準確和相關信息。
Master and execute
the hotel standard greetings with warmth and friendliness for all internal and
external telephone connections of both Niccolo Suzhou.
精通蘇州尼依格羅酒店電話禮儀標準,熱情友好地接聽所有內外線電話。
Be prompt to pick up
all telephone calls within 3 rings with readiness to assist in taking messages,
transferring calls or answering to hotel enquiries.
三聲鈴響之內接聽電話,幫助客人留言,轉接電話以及回答客人關于酒店問詢。
Report any
equipment or system defects or conflicting guest situations to the shift leader
for immediate rectification.
有任何關于設備或者系統方面的問題以及客人的沖突要及時報告給主管,以便及時解決。
Ensure all
‘Wake-up’ calls are correctly recorded and executed as per guest requests.
保證所有的叫醒要求能夠準確記錄并提供準時叫醒服務。
Be familiar with
the extension numbers of Niccolo Suzhou Hotel departments and managers in order
to provide timely transfer of telephone calls accordingly.
熟悉蘇州尼依格羅酒店各部門的分機號碼以便準確快速的轉接電話。
Ensure good
telephone etiquette is observed at all times; Speak clearly and unhurriedly at
all times and listens carefully when speaking over the telephone to ensure no
miscommunication throughout each conversation. Repeat all messages to callers
to confirm accuracy of the message at all times.
隨時保持良好的電話禮儀,講話清晰,語速適中,在通話中認真傾聽,避免誤解。所有留言都需要重復客人的內容,保證留言的準確性。
Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping
departments to follow up on the confirmation and mailing of lost and found
items for guests.
與前廳部,客房部配合跟進客人物品遺留的確認和郵寄工作。
Maintain close communication and coordination with the
Front Office and Food & Beverage departments to actively address guest needs
and assist in following up on guest-related matters.
與前廳部,餐飲部保持緊密溝通和配合,積極應對客人的訴求,協助跟進處理客人事宜。
Enter reservations
requests, amendments and cancellations properly, promptly and into Cambridge
PMS.
在系統里正確,迅速地輸入預訂請求,修改和取消預定。
Carry out other
tasks assigned by your superiors.
完成上級交待的其他工作。
