
1. Responsible for cleanliness of all Public Areas during shift, including toilet rooms, Back of the house areas and outside.

2. Holds briefings with PA attendants and issues cleaning supplies.

3. Guides and monitors PA attendant work performance.

4. Trains new and existing staff consistently.
對新員工和現有員工不斷進行培訓。

5. Reports and follows up on any maintenance requirements in close co-operation with engineering department, and ensure that they are remedied promptly.

6. Ensures that staff uses and maintains cleaning equipment and machines in a proper way. Cleaning equipment and machine are to be stored and good working condition.

7. Ensures that supplies for Public Area are replenished timely and that regulations of the department and hotel are being followed.

8. Checks so associates are neat and well presented at all times. Proper usage of chemical with minimum wastage.
員工能夠正確使用化學藥品, 盡可能減少浪費。

9. Schedules and supervises the scrubbing and shampoo of carpet /upholstery in his areas of responsibilities.
計劃和監督員工定期清洗完成分管區域的地毯。

10. Inspect the public area regularly during shift.

11. Ensure the PA storeroom is clean and that chemicals and tools are prepared well.
確保PA倉庫干凈整潔, 清潔用品和工具充足。

12. Maintains daily public area logbook, sign out and hand-over to following Supervisor.
填寫好每日公共區域記事本,下班簽離并同下一班領班交班。

13. Assumes other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
完成行政管家分配的其它工作 。
