當有客人在場時，不準與其他員工或認識的人員閑談。
15. Do not use cell phones, IPODS, or PDA’s in guest view (unless business related).
在客人視野范圍內不準使用手機、mp3或掌上電腦（有商務需求時除外）。
16. All team members delivering services must wear clean, well maintained, clearly identified uniforms.
所有員工提供服務時必須穿著整潔干凈的制服。
