?Familiar with the daily activity of the hotel, including arrivals & departures, hotel occupancy & room status, Events/Functions/Meetings and current Rooms & F & B promotions.
? 要掌握酒店每天的運行情況,包括將到、離店客人的情況,酒店的住房率,房間的情況,還有哪些活動、會議,及當前的房間、餐飲的促銷情況。
?Ensures the hotel public areas are well prepared to receive guests as in the lighting is correct, background music is on according to standard, public areas and hotel entrance are clean and facility is in order. Is responsible to report and follow up on any maintenance or cleaning requirements, takes care of unwanted loiterers in the Reception House.
? 要確保酒店公共區域都做好了迎接客人的準備,比如,燈光及背景音樂是否達到了標準,公共區域和酒店的入口的衛生和設施是否正常運行。在發現有任何未達到衛生和保養的要求,有責任通知相關部門進行及時的處理和跟進。關注那些在大堂區域毫無目的閑逛外來參觀者。
?Familiarizes themselves with today’s VIP and Special Attention guest, Amanjunkies arrivals and departures to ensure they are properly met upon in and out Reception Hous.
? 要清楚的掌握當天到/離店的貴賓,有特殊要的客人以及安縵癡的信息,要確保他們在進出前臺的時候都得到熱情接待。
?Performs guest check in and checkout according to minimum quality standards for service and efficiency.
? 為客人提供符合高效率標準的入住和退房服務。
?Totally familiar operation with the hotel opera PMS System and all interfaces.
? 熟悉酒店的前臺電腦管理系統和酒店的營業場所的操作系統。
