崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
?To ensure your standards of personal grooming and hygiene meet those lay down by the resort.
? 確保個(gè)人儀容和衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)符合度假村的規(guī)定。
?To maintain and clean all necessary equipment, station and furniture associated to your outlet.
? 維護(hù)和清洗餐廳的所有設(shè)備設(shè)施以及餐具擺設(shè)。
?The ability to perform all opening and closing duties.
? 執(zhí)行所有的開(kāi)檔,收檔工作的能力。
?Familiarize themselves with today’s reservation to ensure the guests are properly met upon in and out restaurant.
? 要清楚的掌握當(dāng)天的餐飲預(yù)訂,有特殊要求的客人的信息,要確保他們?cè)诓蛷d用餐的時(shí)候都得到熱情接待。
?The ability to observe guest’s experiences in the restaurant and anticipate their needs.
? 能夠觀察客人在餐廳的用餐過(guò)程,并預(yù)測(cè)他們的需求,超前服務(wù)。
?Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
? 根據(jù)部門(mén)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)掌握和處理客人的抱怨并確保客人滿(mǎn)意。
?The ability to perform cross-training and other tasks or projects as assigned by F&B management.
? 能夠完成由餐飲管理人員安排的各部門(mén)輪崗工作,以及其他任務(wù)或項(xiàng)目。
