ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?主要工作職責(zé):
- Handles allguest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous andefficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily?

- Spot checkall arrival registration cards and ensures details are entered accurately?
- 抽查客人的入住登記卡,確保準(zhǔn)確錄入客人資料??
- Ensures thatall Front Office employees are aware of current promotions, policies and otherimportant information ?
- 確保所有前廳部員工知悉最新的促銷信息,規(guī)章制度及其他重要信息??
- Personallyand frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible serviceduring check-in and check-out.?
- 經(jīng)常性的親自確認(rèn)客人在入住和離店過程中得到盡善盡美的服務(wù)??
- Establishesa rapport with guests and maintains good customer relationship?
- 與客人建立和諧的客服關(guān)系并長久保持
- Ensures thatguest history records are accurately maintained and all repeat guests arepre-registered?
- 確保客人信息的歷史記錄得到精確的維護(hù),并提前對回頭客進(jìn)行入住登記?

WORK EXPERIENCE 工作經(jīng)驗:
- 1 years at least ofrelevant experience?in luxury brand hotel.
- 1年以上國際品牌奢華酒店同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗,
- Will consider offer as supervisor with less experience?
- 資歷不足可考慮為主管職位
- Good communication andwriting skills?in?Chinese?and?English, speaking?a second foreign language is a plus.
- 優(yōu)秀的中文和英文溝通和寫作技能,懂第二門外語為佳。
- Problem solving,analyzing, reasoning, organizational and execution abilities.
- 具有解決問題、分析、推理、組織、及執(zhí)行能力。
- Good knowledge and very familiar with Opera system.
- 熟練適用Opera系統(tǒng)
