崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.????ATo greet guests on arrival at the hotel and conductcheck-in and registration procedures.
歡迎客人來(lái)到酒店,為客人辦理入住手續(xù).
2.????To check villas prior to guests check-in to ensurethey are clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance.
在客人辦理入住手續(xù)之前,要為客人核實(shí)房間是否打掃好,同時(shí)要確保房間的設(shè)施等是否符合酒店高標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
3.????To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments,log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up.
解決客人的投訴,回答客人的問(wèn)題,滿(mǎn)足客人的需要,并詳細(xì)記錄下來(lái)。對(duì)于不能滿(mǎn)足的問(wèn)題,要及時(shí)跟進(jìn).
4.????To maintain an up to date files and information ontours, sightseeing and points of general interest and make the necessarybookings when requested.
給客人提供最新的旅游信息,各旅游景點(diǎn)的資訊,必要時(shí)客人預(yù)定行程。
5.????To handle inquiries by providing appropriateinformation.
通過(guò)提供適當(dāng)?shù)男畔⒔鉀Q客人詢(xún)問(wèn).
6.????To conduct inspections of the public areas of themain lobby ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance andinitiating appropriate action where necessary.
維護(hù)公共區(qū)域整潔,主要是確保大堂的干凈整潔。
To ensure that guests expectations are met orexceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
7.????To update teleguides in the hotel computer system(Opera).
及時(shí)更新電話信息,并將信息輸入OPERA系統(tǒng)。
8.????To assist Telephone Operator to handle the hotel wake up systems.
協(xié)助總機(jī)準(zhǔn)確地完成叫早服務(wù).
9.????To take and forward messages accurately and in atimely manner.
準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)禮貌地記錄并轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)信息.
10.????Administers the hotel’s billing system for telephonecharges.
管理酒店電話收費(fèi)系統(tǒng).
11.????Handles customer complaints if possible, or reportsthem to supervisors.
盡可能處理客人投訴,或及時(shí)向主管匯報(bào).
12.????Ensure the Supervisor is informed of any malfunctionof equipment in the Operator room.
確保將所有總機(jī)設(shè)備故障的信息告知主管。
13.????To upsell all hotel, spa and gallery facilities.
向客人推薦,銷(xiāo)售酒店更好的房間,水療和精品閣的商品。
14.????To entertain guests as and when appropriate.
熱情地接待客人。
15.????To ensure that guest check out arrangements are inorder, abide to the cashiering policies & standards, andto bid the guests farewell.
