崗位職責/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities主要職責
1. Sales Management 銷售管理:
- Implement all sales action plans relate to his/her zoning areas as outlined.
擬定相關銷售計劃。
- Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOS to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.
擬定銷售總監(jiān)審核的主要市場電話銷售計劃, 致電潛在客戶并有針對性的進行銷售。
- Provide information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct mail. Arrange an accompany clients on fam/site inspection tour.
以直接郵件的方式提供市場變動的相關信息, 包括競爭對手的趨勢等。安排和陪同客戶進行酒店的免費參觀住宿等行程。
2. Sales Targets: To achieve sales objective and goal to generate maximum high yield in accordance with the specific sales action plan.
銷售目標: 達到銷售目標并保證與銷售計劃保持一致的高產(chǎn)量。
3. Sales Coverage: Corporate Segment, Government and Third Party.
銷售范圍: 公司合作,政府接待和第三方公司。
- Cover market segments as directed and assigned by DOS.
覆蓋銷售總監(jiān)直接劃分的市場。
4. Sales Promotion銷售促銷
- Promote and distribute promotions to targeted accounts.
促銷給予目標客戶的相關促銷計劃。
5. Travel Agents/Airlines旅行社/航空公司
- Ensure good relationship for sales activities, promotions, fam trips.
與團隊活動,促銷,參觀團等保持良好的合作關系。
6. Reports & Returns 報告與反饋
- Provide Feedback to DOS on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result in general market idea.
將對市場相關信息的變化,競爭對手的趨勢和對市場的大致觀點提供給銷售總監(jiān)作為回饋意見。
7. Customer Relation: Maintain good contact with existing customers.
客戶關系:與所有客戶保持良好的合作關系。
8. Training培訓
- Attend all training sessions and courses, briefing an meetings as require.
參加所有季節(jié)性的培訓和課程,在有需要的情況下進行開會講解。
- Put into practice all training received relating to job knowledge and skills and the hotel’s culture.
把酒店文化和相關知識技能與相關培訓聯(lián)系起來。
9. Competitors’ Activities競爭對手動向
- Keep up with what competitors are doing in the marketplace, ensure our competitiveness at all time.
保持對競爭對手市場動向得敏感度。
