崗位職責
1.To develop and foster a positive image and relationship between the hotel and the public, i.e. vendors, suppliers, guests, clients and the community. Will function under the preview of Area Director of Sales & Marketing.
樹立酒店良好形象并與公眾(廠商、供應商、客人、客戶及社會)建立良好的關系。在區域市場銷售總監的指導下履行職能。
2.The MarCom Assistant Manager / Manager performs her duties within the framework defined by the Banyan Tree Group, hotel norms and by internal rules and regulations as specified by Director of Sales & Marketing.
遵循悅榕莊集團和下屬酒店所列的各項規定及本酒店的規章制度,在市場銷售總監具體指導下履行自己的職責。
3.The MarCom Assistant Manager / Manager draws up the Public Relation action, advertising and media plan on an annual basis for the hotel.
每年為酒店制定公關及媒體宣傳計劃。
4.Organize regular visits by professional persons from the media and members of the trade to the hotel.
定期組織新聞界和商界人士參觀酒店。
5.Ensures that stationary and printed items are standardized and conforms to the Banyan Tree standards.
確保所有文具和印刷品完全符合集團標準。
6.Ensure strong positive publicity is created for all major hotel happenings.
確保酒店所有重大活動都能獲得良好的宣傳效果。
7.Supervise taking of photographs and prepare news release of events undertaken by the hotel.
管理有關酒店拍照及活動新聞稿發布的事宜。
8.Organizes both internal and external PR activities. e.g. inter-departmental or in-house activities.
組織店內外公關活動,例如部門間或內部活動。
9.The MarCom Assistant Manager / Manager maintains contact with professional people, members of the press/media both local and international and any other persons who are clients or potential clients of the hotel.
市場傳訊助理經理/經理與專業人士、本地及國際的新聞界/媒體成員,以及酒店的現有客戶或潛在客戶保持聯系。
10.The MarCom Assistant Manager / Manager maintains contact, coordinates with all other departments of the hotel, and may have contact with other PR Managers at a regional level. The MarCom Assistant Manager / Manager ensures the smooth operation of the PR head office.
保持與酒店其他部門的聯系與合作,同時與本地區其他公關經理保持聯系。確保公關部門運作正常。
11.Special projects / ad-hoc assignments as and well assigned.
特別項目/臨時分配的任務。
12.Prepare monitors and controls the PR annual budget and ensure every PR activity achieves the desired effect.
確保每一項公關活動都能發揮預期效用。
13.Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handing business affairs.
在處理業務時保守機密并謹慎行事。
