崗位職責/職位描述
1, Service from foreman arrangement, close cooperation with the waiter, according to the working procedures and standards for guests to provide efficient, high-quality ordering, serving, wine service, checkout and other links of catering services, to maintain a good service image.
服從安排,與傳菜員密切合作,按照工作程序與標準為賓客提供高效、優質的點菜、上菜、酒水服務、結賬等環節的餐飲服務,保持良好的服務形象。
2, Do a good job of pre-med inspection, and set up according to the standard, ready to open all kinds of supplies and appliances. Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of regional facilities and equipment to ensure an elegant, clean and safe dining environment.
認真做好餐前檢查工作,并按標準擺臺,準備開餐的各類用品和用具。負責區域設施、設備的清潔保養工作,保證提供優雅、清潔、安全的就餐環境。
3. Familiar with menu and wine list, actively and skillfully sell to guests, fill out guest's order list and wine list according to specifications.
熟悉菜單和酒水單,向賓客進行積極且有技巧的推銷,按規格填好客人的點菜單和酒水單。
4. Ask guests for comments and suggestions in time, and try to help guests to solve all kinds of problems in the process of dining. If necessary, fill in the comments on the quality information card and reflect them to the foreman.
及時征詢賓客意見和建議,盡量幫助客人解決就餐過程中的各類問題必要時將客人意見填寫在質量信息卡上并反映給領班。
5, Do a good job area tableware, cloth grass, miscellaneous supplementary replacement work.
做好區域餐具、布草、雜項的補充替換工作。
6, After the end of the shift, do a good handover with the next shift, check environmental facilities, finish the work, eliminate energy waste.
當班結束后,與下一班做好交接工作,檢查環境設施,做好收尾工,杜絕能耗浪費。
