崗位職責/職位描述
1. According to the working procedures and standards, we can provide the guests with efficient, professional order, serving, checking out and so on, banquet and buffet, reception and other services, maintain a good image of service. Do a good job of pre-meal inspection, and set up the table according to the standard, prepare all kinds of supplies and appliances, responsible for regional facilities, equipment cleaning and maintenance work, to ensure the provision of elegant, clean, safe dining environment.
服從安排，按照工作程序與標準為賓客提供高效、專業(yè)的點菜、上菜、酒水服務、結(jié)賬等環(huán)節(jié)的西餐零點、宴會和自助餐、酒會等服務,保持良好服務形象。認真做好餐前檢查工作,并按標準擺臺，準備開餐的各類用品和用具，負責區(qū)域設(shè)施、設(shè)備的清潔保養(yǎng)工作，保證提供優(yōu)雅、清潔、安全的就餐環(huán)境。
2. Familiar with menu and wine list, actively and skillfully sell to guests, fill out guest's order list and wine list according to specifications. Familiar with all kinds of dishes and wine, tableware, in order to change the guests in the process of eating.
熟悉菜單和酒水單，向賓客進行積極且有技巧的推銷，按規(guī)格填好客人的點菜單和酒水單。熟悉各類菜肴與酒水、餐具的搭配，以便在客人就餐過程中及時更換。
3. After the guests finish the meal, arrange the dining room, return the buffet surplus food to the kitchen and lock up the valuables. Do well area tableware, cloth grass, miscellaneous supplementary replacement work.
客人結(jié)束用餐后對餐廳進行必要的整理，將自助餐的剩余食品送還廚房，并鎖好貴重物品。做好區(qū)域餐具、布草、雜項的補充替換工作。
4, After the end of the shift, do a good handover with the next shift, check environmental facilities, finish the work, put an end to energy costs.
當班結(jié)束后，與下一班做好交接工作，檢查環(huán)境設(shè)施，做好收尾工作，杜絕能費。
5, After the end of the meal, close the water heater, the power supply of the towel box, send the remaining rice back to the kitchen, take back the tray, do the health of the jurisdiction area, finish the work well, and do the work well with the next class.
用餐結(jié)束后，關(guān)閉熱水器、毛巾箱電源，將剩余的飯送回廚房，收回托盤，搞好管轄區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生，做好收尾工作，與下一班做好交接工作。
