崗位職責/職位描述

1. 2. Familiar with menu and wine list, actively and skillfully sell to guests, fill out guest's order list and wine list according to specifications. Familiar with all kinds of dishes and wine, tableware, in order to change the guests in the process of eating.

   熟悉菜單和酒水單，向賓客進行積極且有技巧的推銷，按規格填好客人的點菜單和酒水單。熟悉各類菜肴與酒水、餐具的搭配，以便在客人就餐過程中及時更換。
