崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
- 1，Responsible for the cleanliness of the assigned rooms and the cleanliness of the service area. Clean and arrange rooms and bathrooms as required to ensure quality.
- 負(fù)責(zé)所分配的客房打掃和服務(wù)區(qū)域的整潔，按要求清潔和整理房間、衛(wèi)生間，保證質(zhì)量。
2，According to the standard to add a variety of guest supplies, linen and a variety of beverages and alcohol.
按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)補(bǔ)充各種客用品、布草和各種飲料及酒類。
3，To provide guests with shoeshine, laundry and ironing services.
為客人提供擦鞋、洗衣和熨燙服務(wù)。
4，When the guest room is in "Do Not Disturb" state, respect the privacy of the guest.
- 當(dāng)客房處于“請勿打擾”狀態(tài)時(shí)，尊重客人的隱私。
- 5，As much as possible to help guests and meet their reasonable requirements.
- 盡可能地為客人提供幫助，滿足客人的合理要求。
- 6，Clean the rooms according to procedures and standards.Maintain a high level of knowledge of products and services in order to explain services and amenities to customers and sell these services and amenities.
- 按照程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)打掃客房。保持高水平的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的知識(shí)，以便為客人解釋服務(wù)和便利設(shè)施并將這些服務(wù)和便利設(shè)施銷售出去。
