Job Summary
職位描述:
1.Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
監督所在餐廳的服務和菜單內容的提供情況,確保為客人提供高品質和一致性的服務;
2.Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
遵守當地的衛生和安全法規,或其它適用的規定,以及品牌規范和當地的規章制度;
3.In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
在經理缺席時主持交接班說明會,確保員工了解酒店的活動和運營的要求;
4.Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
在自己當班期間盡可能解決所有的投訴,并在工作日志中記錄所有投訴以便進一步跟進的工作;
5.Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
監督現金的處理和存放程序;
6.Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
準備每日財務和現金收入報告;
7.Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures.
制定并指導員工執行現金安全制度;
8.Deal with irregular payments.
處理異常的付款情況;
9.Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
監督服務設備的維護保養;
10.Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
監督客用設施和服務的標準;
11.Control stock and monitor security procedures.
控制存貨和監督保安成序;
12.Assist with menu and wine list creation.
協助菜單和酒水單的設計工作;
13.Supervise functions.
監督各項職能;
14.Supervise outlet service.
監督餐廳的服務;
15.Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs.
和上級領導一起進行人力規劃和管理需求;
16.Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.
和上級領導一起編制和管理部門預算。
Job Requirement
崗位要求:
1.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
完全代表酒店,品牌和公司與顧客,員工和第三方交往的能力;
2.Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
持有當地政府規定的含酒精飲品知識課程證書或食品服務許可證或有效的健康或食品上崗證;
3.Problem solving and training abilities.
具有解決問題的能力和培訓的能力;
4.Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
酒店管理,餐飲或相關專業的大專學歷;
5.2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience and supervisory experience preferred.
2年相關工作經歷,或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景,具主管經驗優先考慮。
