任職資格:
Professional appearance with confident and approachable presence.

Fluent Mandarin communication skills.

Good spoken English with the ability to communicate confidently with international guests.
具備良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力,能夠與國(guó)際賓客順暢交流。
Ability to communicate in Suzhou dialect is preferred.
能夠使用蘇州方言溝通者優(yōu)先。

Required Qualifications必要的資歷要求:
Previous experience in international branded hotels is preferred.
具有國(guó)際聯(lián)號(hào)品牌酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
xperience in guest-facing roles such as Front Office, Concierge or Guest Relations is an advantage.
具有前臺(tái)、禮賓或賓客關(guān)系崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Strong guest service mindset with a proactive attitude.
具備強(qiáng)烈的賓客服務(wù)意識(shí)和主動(dòng)服務(wù)精神。
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with different hotel departments to resolve guest needs.
具備與酒店各部門(mén)溝通協(xié)調(diào)并解決賓客需求的能力。
Possesses strong observation skills and the ability to recognize returning guests and Hilton Honors members.
