崗位職責/職位描述
確保餐飲區域要有高的衛生標準,或能高于標準。
提供一個清潔和安全的地方來準備、服務和存儲食物。應有計劃的安排,控制和維護器和廚房餐廳的設備。負責人應定期的咨詢管事經理的意見和建議。
負責所有食品倉庫和廚房的衛生,包括控制害蟲。負責清潔,維護和存儲操作設備(瓷器、銀器、玻璃器皿)和用具。負責所有機械的定期維護(洗碗機、高壓噴槍,垃圾桶,垃圾區域) ,培訓管事員對化學品使用和控制,協助部門經理保證日常的運作。
管事部副經理在當值時會被要求按照酒店規章制度表現得謙恭,安全和高效率的工作態度。
與采購部和供應商保持聯系,以便對管事部運營所需物品進行采購。
與財務部一起管理存貨清單結算。
與工程部保持聯系,確定定期維修與保養的時間。

To ensure the standards of hygiene in all Beverage & Food areas should not only be met but, exceeded wherever and whenever possible.
Providing a clean and safe place to prepare, serve and store food items. The other facet of this position is planning, organizing, budgeting and maintenance of HOE, kitchen and service equipment. The incumbents will consult with Chief Steward on a regular basis.
Responsible for hygienic in all food venues and kitchen, including pest control. Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and storage of operating equipment (chinaware, silverware, glassware) and utensil. Responsible for regular maintenance of all machinery (dishwasher, pressure cleaner, bin cleaner and garbage areas). Control, chemicals and training of stewards. Assist the Director of Culinary and venue managers on a day to day basis.
The Stewarding Supervisor will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high.
Liaise with the Purchasing Manager and suppliers for any purchase needed for the stewarding operation.
Conducts inventories in coordination with employees of the accounting division.
Liaise with employees of the Engineering Division to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
