崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
工程總監(jiān)在總經(jīng)理和萬豪集團(tuán)指導(dǎo)原則下，負(fù)責(zé)管理和指導(dǎo)工程部的運(yùn)行、維護(hù)、修理工作以及保證酒店內(nèi)各種設(shè)備和設(shè)施的安全運(yùn)行。To manage and direct the engineering department in the operation, maintenance, repair and improvement of all systems, plants relative to the physical well-being and performance of the property, under the direction of General Manager and within the guidelines of Marriott International.
建立，維護(hù)并確保執(zhí)行所有財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)政策與程序。
Establish, maintain and ensure adherence to all finance related policies and procedures.
緊密協(xié)助總經(jīng)理貫徹落實(shí)，完成或及維護(hù)酒店及萬豪國際集團(tuán)的目標(biāo)和任務(wù)。
Work closely with the General Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the hotel’s and Marriott International goals and objectives.
作為酒店行政委員會的成員之一，參與酒店管理。
Participate in hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Team.
