崗位職責/職位描述

保證所有的宣傳資料和廣告都達到集團的標準，維護酒店的正確形象和定位; 協助市場傳訊總監開發廣告促銷計劃及制作預算; 與媒體、本地社區、客戶及廈門W酒店各部門保持密切聯系，代表、宣傳酒店形象；負責通過公關和促銷活動實現集團和酒店在本地和國際上的定位目標；開拓并實施市場傳公關活動，負責制作促銷資料、對媒體宣傳資料及安排在媒體對酒店的報道。

Responsible in achieving the Brand and Hotel positioning objectives locally and internationally through Public Relations and Promotion activities; Assists the Marcom Director in the development of Public Relations and Promotion plans and in budget preparation; Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the media, local community, the customer base and W XIAMEN offices; To protect the correct image and positioning of the hotel and Brand by meeting corporate standards in all collateral and advertising material; To develop and follow through in public relations activities and be responsible for the production of promotional materials, press kits and arrange press and media coverage.
